Morrow Civic Woman’s Club offers a unique opportunity to women living in South metro counties, who are interested in others, who desire to be of service to the community and who are willing to give of their time and talents in meaningful activities. Also of great importance is that we are a true “sisterhood” of women who care about and nurture the needs of our members.
Membership requirements:
Membership in Morrow Civic Woman’s Club is open to all women age 18 and over living in South metro counties who have a desire to better their community.
All applicants are required to attend three club functions, two of which must be a regular meeting, before applying for membership. After completing the membership application and paying an application fee of $8.50, an orientation must be attended prior to election as a new member. The annual dues are $50 payable in January. The dues will be prorated based on the month that a new member joins the club. Every member will be obligated to raise at least $125 through participation in different fundraisers throughout the year. Our Fashion Show in the spring is one of the fundraisers. The funds raised in our various fundraisers allow MCWC to give back to the community in a variety of ways.
Active members are required to attend meetings, pay dues, serve on at least one Community Service Program and one Committee, and participate in the annual Fashion Show fundraiser.
